Successful Solutions 2020!
Over 760 customers, representing close to 280 companies throughout the U.S. Canada and the U.K., met at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, in early January. This year marked the 20th anniversary for Solutions and it was our largest turnout ever.
The conference opened up Sunday evening with the welcome reception for our sponsors, customers and Real Green staff. All in attendance were treated to valuable networking conversations, delicious appetizers, and drinks.
Monday morning, Joe Kucik kicked off the conference with an overview of Real Green Systems’ products and he warmly welcomed our new CEO, Bill Nunan, to the stage. Bill then spoke to the crowd of close to 1,000 about the annual conference and how it brings valuable knowledge to help them grow their businesses. He encouraged all attendees to make the most of the event by attending sessions and interacting with our sponsors and Real Green staff. Bill also requested that attendees provide Real Green team members with feedback on the annual conference.
Several of the sponsors taught new class sessions at the conference. Solutions continues to grow and offered over 200 sessions this year. Many companies sent several staff members to cover all of the classrooms. They return to the office recharged and ready to share notes. Take a look at the sessions list from 2020 and see for yourself what new knowledge was gained by attendees.
The Vendor Reception held on Tuesday night was a fabulous evening event that featured southern foods, which included: Nashville Hot Chicken, BBQ, grits, and desserts.
Joe Kucik led a panel discussion on the final morning of Solutions 2020. Green industry experts shared insight about the industry. John Perry (Greene County Fertilizer), Jay Murray (Greenius), Kendall Hine (Lawnbot) and Paul Zaremba from Linxup all spoke about the green industry.
Chuck Williams from Senske Services joined Joe to discuss company culture and benefits. He talked about the importance of balancing work and play at the office. A great culture will make employees want to come into work. He finished by answering questions on improving company culture.
In closing, it’s important that we take a moment to thank all of our participating organizations and event sponsors. Without them, Solutions would not be the conference it is today. Please take a moment to visit each of their websites to see how they can help your business grow and thrive.
A special “Thank You” to our event sponsors:
To all who attended and supported Solutions – Thank You!
See you next year!
