It’s almost that time of year again for prepay letters! Take a look at a copy of last year’s letter and review it closely. Was your offer too good? We don’t recommend giving over 5% discount for prepaying. You are just leaving money on the table. Remember that your customers prepay you for convenience and not just for the discounts.

How about giving a service for customers that prepay in 2018?

Or upsell other services that you can generate more revenue in 2018.

Upsells for your consideration:

  • One free application of mosquito control. Then upsell them 6 other applications for the rest of the year.
  • Foundation insect control. Give one free application and upsell 3 others in 2018.

Additionally, when you show a bigger discount on the prepay you’ll receive more revenue out of your top customers in 2018.
