Prepay letter season is approaching fast.
Take a look at a copy of last year’s letter and review it closely. Was your offer too good? We don’t recommend giving over a 5% discount for prepaying. You are just leaving money on the table. Remember that your customers prepay you for convenience and not just for the discounts.
How about giving a service to customers that prepay in 2019? Or upsell other services that you can generate more revenue in 2019.
